Important Points

Almost all Countries need Passports to be valid for minimum 6 months & few of them for minimum 9 Months from the date of entry into there Country. So please check expiry date of your Passports and its highly recomended that you get it renewed around 10 to 12 months before its expiry
All Countries who Stamp Visa on Passport or give on Arrival Visa need at least 2 Blank Pages on Passport and few countries Back to Back Blank Pages to enable them to Stamp the Visa. Please check your Passports if you have available pages and if not then please get it renewed
Handwritten and Passports issued for 20 years are no longer valid and such Passports have to be renewed immediately
Any water spillage or Torn Pages or any Damage to external or internal parts of Passports will result in Passports not being accepted for Visa or during Immigration and hence its recomended that we renew the Passport
Even after providing all the documents, Consulate may ask for additional documents as per there requirements & assessment
Passports should have at least 2 to 4 Blank Pages & in few cases Back to Back Blank Pages for Visa Stampings or for On Arrival Visa

Arrive in Istanbul and our Van will take you to hotel. In the afternoon depart at about 1300 Hours Bosphorus Cruise on the strait between Black Sea and Marmara Sea which separates Istanbul into two continents. A beautiful cruise to see different aspects of Istanbul. Visit Egyptian Spice Market to see the atmosphere of an Ottoman Shopping Centre which still have several shops for spices. After the tour return to hotel. The rest of the day is free at your disposal. Overnight in Istanbul. (Breakfast)

Day 2 : Istanbul

Today departure approximately 0800 AM for a Half-Day Sightseeing Tour of Istanbul. Hagia Sophia; 6th C. One of the oldest, the biggest and the most beautiful buildings of Istanbul. Day 3 : Istanbul - Cappadocia

Transfer to the airport to catch the early flight to Kayseri (Flight Cost Included). Upon arrival transfer to Cappadocia (Kayseri airport to Cappadocia distance is 75 Kms) and start the sightseeing of the area including; Citadel of Uçhisar, the highest point of Cappadocia with a huge big rock Castle with almost 300 caves. Göreme Open air Museum, The biggest monastery of Cappadocia from Byzantine times. The cave churches are beautifully decorated with fresco. PaÅŸabaÄŸ Valley, the most interesting part of Cappadocia in terms of landscapes. The biggest Fairy Chimneys (Mushroom shape rocks), Avanos the handcraft center of Cappadocia, Avanos is the center of pottery for 4000 years Devrent Valley The valley famous with its new rock formations. Today around 07:00 – 08:10 Hours we depart for Pamukkale Full Day Tour, a short break on the way; View the geographical phenomenon of the unique White Calcium Waterfall & Lunch break. Hierapolis, an ancient Health Spa with the largest Necropolis (Cemetery) in the Asia Minor, Impressive ruins & splendid theatre. Drive back to Kusadasi. Day 7 : Kusadasi - Istanbul - India

Morning after Breakfast our vehicle will take us to Izmir Airport to board a flight back to Istanbul and then a connecting flight (Time gap of around 4 to 5 Hours) back to India with Happy Memories of Turkey Trip!

Payment Policy

For Bookings before 2 Months: 20% of the total Package Cost
For Bookings between 2 Months to 1 Month: 50% of the total Package Cost
For Bookings within 1 Month till 15 Days before Departure: 100% of the total Package Cost
Payment Policy differs for some specific Hotels, which will be informed to you at the time of booking
During Peak Season (Summer Holidays,Diwali & New Year) 50% of Total Package Cost will be required at the time of confirmation & Balance 1 Month prior to departure

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation: 21 days or more before departure
INR 10,000 will be charged as penalty on cancellation 21 days before departure
For bookings less than INR 20,000 per passenger, 25% of the package cost will be payable at the time of cancellation
Cancellation : 11 to 20 days before departure.50% of the package cost will be charged as penalty on cancellation between 11 to 20 days before departure
Cancellation : 10 days or less before departure
100% of the package cost will be charged as penalty on cancellation 10 days before departure
Cancellation Policy differs for some specific Hotels, which will be informed to you at the time of booking

Refund Policy

Refund against Amendment and Cancellation will be paid directly to the source through whom the Guest is booked
It would take at least 7 days to process such Refund. However, there is NO REFUND for any unutilised services. Example - meals, prepaid entrance fees, hotel, sightseeing, transportation (surface / air)
All refunds will be in respective Bank Accounts and No Cash refunds will be made irrespective of how the Payments were Received
