Important Points

• There should not be any Heena (Mahendi) on Hands if you are going for Bio Metric (UK, Schengen or USA)

• Standard Check in timing is 1500 Hours and Standard Check out timing is 1200 Hours for all Major Hotels unless & until specified otherwise

• SIC (Seat in Coach) means it will be Group Transfers in 10 or 16 or 28 Seater Vans or Coaches and there can be a waiting time of 15 minutes to half an hours
• Private Transfers will do Point to Point Service and wont deviate from there schedule or itinerary at the time of Service Delivery

Passport Information

• Almost all Countries need Passports to be valid for minimum 6 months & few of them for minimum 9 Months from the date of entry into there Country. So please check expiry date of your Passports and its highly recomended that you get it renewed around 10 to 12 months before its expiry
• All Countries who Stamp Visa on Passport or give on Arrival Visa need at least 2 Blank Pages on Passport and few countries Back to Back Blank Pages to enable them to Stamp the Visa. Please check your Passports if you have available pages and if not then please get it renewed
• Handwritten and Passports issued for 20 years are no longer valid and such Passports have to be renewed immediately
• Any water spillage or Torn Pages or any Damage to external or internal parts of Passports will result in Passports not being accepted for Visa or during Immigration and hence its recomended that we renew the Passpor
• Passports should have at least 2 to 4 Blank Pages & in few cases Back to Back Blank Pages for Visa Stampings or for On Arrival Visa

Tourist VISA Requirement

1. Passport: Original Passport with validity of minimum three months (from the date of return) and minimum two blank pages (One for sticker, one for border stamps)

a) Copy of pages of passport containing personal information and also pages providing importanttravel information

b) Passports issued beyond 10 years will not be accepted by the Embassy

c) Handwritten passports will not be accepted.

d) Attach all your old passports (if any)

2. Visa Application Form : One visa application form back to back, duly filled and signed. (Will be provided by our Team)

3.Photo Specification: Two recent passport size coloured photographs with matt or semi matt finish, Photo should have a close up of your head and top of your shoulders so that your face takes up 70%-80% of the photograph, white background and without border (Size: 35mm x 40mm)

Please note: Photograph should not be more than 6 months old,scanned/stapled and should not be used in any of the previous visas.

4.Covering Letter : Covering-Letter from applicant mentioning name, designation, passport number,purpose and duration of visit in brief. The letter should be duly signed by authorized signatory with company stamp and addressed to – The Visa Officer, Embassy of Austria, New Delhi.

Please Note : Covering-Letter on Letterhead if applicant is Self Employed or on plain paper if Employed (Format will be provided by our Team)

7. Hotel Booking: Hotel Confirmation including the name of the hotel, phone numbers and hotel booking code (Will be provided by our Team)

8. Medical : Overseas Medical Insurance for the stay duration amounting to 30,000 Euros to be submitted in original.

Please Note: The policy should be either in English or German and should cover cover the entire period of the intended stay in the Schengen area.

Student

a) Leave Sanction Letter from school including phone number and address of school In case of Minor/Single Traveller

a) If the minor is travelling alone then Original notarized NOC by both the parents along with the copies of passport or ID is required.

b) If one of parents is accompanying the minor then an Original notarized NOC by the other parent along with the copies of parents passports or ID is required.
