Even after providing all the documents, Consulate may ask for additional documents as per there requirements & assessment
There should not be any Heena (Mahendi) on Hands if you are going for Bio Metric (UK, Schengen or USA)
Visa approval & rejection is not in our hands. We can just help you in arranging the documents & getting it deposited as per prescribed format. Consulate is the final authority to decide on Granting you the Visa
All Countries take different time to Process Visa and hence it is recommended to check with us the time taken for Processing of Visa along with Documentation
Standard Check in timing is 1500 Hours and Standard Check out timing is 1200 Hours for all Major Hotels unless & until specified otherwise

Passport Information

Almost all Countries need Passports to be valid for minimum 6 months & few of them for minimum 9 Months from the date of entry into there Country. So please check expiry date of your Passports and its highly recomended that you get it renewed around 10 to 12 months before its expiry
All Countries who Stamp Visa on Passport or give on Arrival Visa need at least 2 Blank Pages on Passport and few countries Back to Back Blank Pages to enable them to Stamp the Visa. Please check your Passports if you have available pages and if not then please get it renewed
Handwritten and Passports issued for 20 years are no longer valid and such Passports have to be renewed immediately
Any water spillage or Torn Pages or any Damage to external or internal parts of Passports will result in Passports not being accepted for Visa or during Immigration and hence its recomended that we renew the Passpor
Passports should have at least 2 to 4 Blank Pages & in few cases Back to Back Blank Pages for Visa Stampings or for On Arrival Visa

Tourist VISA Requirement

Arrive Zurich meet our Private Van Driver. Check in & rest in the morning. Afternoon explore Engelberg on your own, we can visit cheese factory or one of the many hot pools in Engelberg. Alternatively we can also use the free Steam & Sauna facility in the apartment.

This morning around 0900 Hrs take gondola for Mt Titlis, which takes you up to the Trübsee. You continue your trip by another gondola to Stand and finally the first revolving Titlis Rotair cable car takes you up to Mount Titlis. For a spectacular, close-up insight into a glacier, visit the glacier cave and ride the Ice Flyer chairlift. Day free to enjoy activities at Mt Titlis. Afternoon you can explore Lucerne, Take a drive to Lucerne visit Chapel Bridge, Dying Lion Monument, Lake Lucerne.

Day 3 : Engelberg - Rhine Falls - Zurich - Engelberg

Today visit Rhine Falls & Zurich. The Rhine Falls is the largest plain waterfall in Europe. The falls are located on the High Rhine between the municipalities of Neuhausen am Rheinfall and Laufen-Uhwiesen, near the town of Schaffhausen. Once we return back to Zurich in the evening we can explore Zurich shopping street. The market is open till 1930 Hrs.

Recommendation

First visit Rhine & then afternoon or evening visit Zurich for better experience. Saturday & Sundays shops close early in Swiss and hence avoid places to shop on these days.

Day 4 : Engelberg - Interlaken - Bern - Engelberg

Today you can explore Interlaken, Interlaken is set between the sparkling waters of Lake Thun and Lake Brienz, and enjoys a magnificent setting on the banks of the River Aare with the snow-capped peaks of the Jungfrau, Monch, and Eiger forming the perfect backdrop. The main promenade, the ‘Hoheweg’, is lined with flowers and fronted by a huge open meadow from where you can enjoy one of the most famous views in the world. you can also visit Bern. Discover top attractions and hidden highlights in the Swiss capital.The gardens of Roses, which is know to be the best place to experience stunning views of the old town. You can visit Bear Park, the place where you will see the animal, that gives Bern it is name. You will cross the Aare river and it is old bridge and enjoy the unique area of the arcades, where you will explore a lot of small and curious shops, before continuing to the Town Hall. living place of Albert Einstein, the hidden alleyways between the buildings and can tell you stories about former live in the old town. On the way to the Federal Parliament, you can see the Clock Tower and it is astronomical clock dating back from the early 15th century. Beautiful terraces of the of the Federal Parliament and the stunning view, that normally only the Swiss politicians have. On the way back, visit the public square in front of the parliament building, where the water fountains symbolize the 26 cantons of Switzerland and try to pass them without getting wet! From the university terrace, you will enjoy a stunning view over the city center with the Bernese Alps in the background.

Payment Policy

For Bookings before 2 Months: 20% of the total Package Cost
For Bookings between 2 Months to 1 Month: 50% of the total Package Cost
For Bookings within 1 Month till 15 Days before Departure: 100% of the total Package Cost
Payment Policy differs for some specific Hotels, which will be informed to you at the time of booking
During Peak Season (Summer Holidays,Diwali & New Year) 50% of Total Package Cost will be required at the time of confirmation & Balance 1 Month prior to departure

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation: 21 days or more before departure
INR 10,000 will be charged as penalty on cancellation 21 days before departure
For bookings less than INR 20,000 per passenger, 25% of the package cost will be payable at the time of cancellation
Cancellation : 11 to 20 days before departure.50% of the package cost will be charged as penalty on cancellation between 11 to 20 days before departure
Cancellation : 10 days or less before departure
100% of the package cost will be charged as penalty on cancellation 10 days before departure
Cancellation Policy differs for some specific Hotels, which will be informed to you at the time of booking

Refund Policy

Refund against Amendment and Cancellation will be paid directly to the source through whom the Guest is booked
It would take at least 7 days to process such Refund. However, there is NO REFUND for any unutilised services. Example - meals, prepaid entrance fees, hotel, sightseeing, transportation (surface / air)
All refunds will be in respective Bank Accounts and No Cash refunds will be made irrespective of how the Payments were Received
