• Since 4 & Above Bedroom Houseboats are limited in Srinagar, we will give a combination of Multiple Houseboats totalling to the number of rooms required at the same rate and will be informed at the time of Quotation & Booking 
• Any specific Meal request (Vegetarian Food, Jain Food, Baby Food or Food during Fasting) should be intimated in advance to enable us to try & make arrangements for the same
• Hotels are very strict with Child Policy. Please carry the Age Proof of Child so that it can be produced if asked for
• Please carry your Original Photo ID with Address Proof since it may be asked during Journey or Hotel Check in (Driving License, Aadhar Card, Election Card, Passport or any Government Issued Photo ID)
• 1st & 2nd Phase Cable Car (Gondola) Ride at Gulmarg
• Local sightseeing in Gulmarg, Pahalgam and Sonmarg is not included (Srinagar/Jammu vehicles are not allowed to do local sightseeing in Gulmarg, Pahalgam and Sonmarg).Clients have to Use Local Forest cabs or Ponies for Sightseeing in respective areas. In certain sensitive areas the vehicles are not allowed to stop or wait. We request you to tell the clients not to force the driver to stop the vehicle at such places, against his advice. 
• J&K Tourism department has started to close one garden on different days of the week for maintenance. Hence on the day of Mughal Garden tour if one of the Mughal Gardens is closed your client will be taken to the Botanical gardens instead.
• We as your ground operators reserve the right to make changes to the tour program, without any prior information, but without compromising the services. 
• There are certain aspects of the tour which, we as travel agents, do not have any control. Hence we are making you aware of such areas so you too can enlighten your clients. One such aspect is shopping.  Lots of sellers will come to the hotels & houseboats to sell their goods. We take no responsibility whatsoever for the rates and quality. Second such aspect is pony rides in Sonmarg, Gulmarg & Pahalgam. We take no responsibility for services and charges of ponywallas. Though for tourists convenience the Union rates are displayed at most of the places. Third aspect is power cuts. These are regular and sometimes for long durations. Hotels & houseboats have generator back-up but only up to 11 p.m. at night after which the generators are switched off due to noise disturbance. The clients are provided with candles.
• Transfers by Shikara from Shikara Ghat to houseboat and back are provided free of cost, However occasionally during the season you may have to wait for 5-10 minutes for the shikara to come and pick you up as each houseboat has one attached shikara.
• Your Vehicle is Booked for Point to Point Transfers & Sightseeing and will not be available with you at Disposal
• Normal timing for Driver Duty is morning 0900 Hours to 1900 Hours
• Outside Vehicles are not allowed in Gulmarg, Pahalgam & Sonmarg for Local Sightseeing due to Union Problem. Guest can hire a local vehicle or Pony / Sledge from the Vehicle Stand located in City Centre for Local Sightseeing (Our Driver will help you in this)
• Large Coaches & Vehicles (13 Seater & Above) are not allowed for visiting Shankaracharya Temple & also they are allowed to enter the Srinagar city limits/Premises before 07 AM & after 07 PM & note allowed during day time
• Electronic Devices - Mobile, Camera, I Pods etc are not allowed at the time of visiting Shankaracharya Temple 
• Cable Car (Gondola) at Gulmarg remains closed on 1st & 3rd Monday of every month for maintenance purpose. For Issuance of Tickets Photo ID is required 
• Driver / Local Representative Name & Contact Number will be provided 24 Hours before start of the Trip
• Any Communication Problem with Driver should be informed & intimated to us immediately during the Tour itself so that we can try and correct it
• We entertain / solve complaints during the Tour only. If you find any deficiency in the Committed Services from our end, please bring it to our notice as soon as possible to enable us to correct it  
• All Guest have to report 02 Hours prior to the departure due to Mandatory Security Checking at Srinagar Airport
• No Hand Baggage will be allowed to carry inside the Aircraft due to security reasons. Only Cash & Jewellery, Mobile Phones, Camera & Laptops will be allowed for Cabin Baggage 
• International Roaming & Prepaid Cellular Connections do not work in Jammu & Kashmir. Only Post Paid Cellular Connections work
