Local sightseeing in Gulmarg, Pahalgam and Sonmarg is not included (Srinagar/Jammu vehicles are not allowed to do local sightseeing in Gulmarg, Pahalgam and Sonmarg).Clients have to Use Local Forest cabs or Ponies for Sightseeing in respective areas. In certain sensitive areas the vehicles are not allowed to stop or wait. We request you to tell the clients not to force the driver to stop the vehicle at such places, against his advice.
J&K Tourism department has started to close one garden on different days of the week for maintenance. Hence on the day of Mughal Garden tour if one of the Mughal Gardens is closed your client will be taken to the Botanical gardens instead.
We as your ground operators reserve the right to make changes to the tour program, without any prior information, but without compromising the services.
There are certain aspects of the tour which, we as travel agents, do not have any control. Hence we are making you aware of such areas so you too can enlighten your clients. One such aspect is shopping. Lots of sellers will come to the hotels & houseboats to sell their goods. We take no responsibility whatsoever for the rates and quality. Second such aspect is pony rides in Sonmarg, Gulmarg & Pahalgam. We take no responsibility for services and charges of ponywallas. Though for tourists convenience the Union rates are displayed at most of the places. Third aspect is power cuts. These are regular and sometimes for long durations. Hotels & houseboats have generator back-up but only up to 11 p.m. at night after which the generators are switched off due to noise disturbance. The clients are provided with candles.
Transfers by Shikara from Shikara Ghat to houseboat and back are provided free of cost, However occasionally during the season you may have to wait for 5-10 minutes for the shikara to come and pick you up as each houseboat has one attached shikara.
Your Vehicle is Booked for Point to Point Transfers & Sightseeing and will not be available with you at Disposal
Normal timing for Driver Duty is morning 0900 Hours to 1900 Hours
Outside Vehicles are not allowed in Gulmarg, Pahalgam & Sonmarg for Local Sightseeing due to Union Problem. Guest can hire a local vehicle or Pony / Sledge from the Vehicle Stand located in City Centre for Local Sightseeing (Our Driver will help you in this)
Large Coaches & Vehicles (13 Seater & Above) are not allowed for visiting Shankaracharya Temple & also they are allowed to enter the Srinagar city limits/Premises before 07 AM & after 07 PM & note allowed during day time
Electronic Devices - Mobile, Camera, I Pods etc are not allowed at the time of visiting Shankaracharya Temple
Cable Car (Gondola) at Gulmarg remains closed on 1st & 3rd Monday of every month for maintenance purpose. For Issuance of Tickets Photo ID is required
Driver / Local Representative Name & Contact Number will be provided 24 Hours before start of the Trip
Any Communication Problem with Driver should be informed & intimated to us immediately during the Tour itself so that we can try and correct it
We entertain / solve complaints during the Tour only. If you find any deficiency in the Committed Services from our end, please bring it to our notice as soon as possible to enable us to correct it
All Guest have to report 02 Hours prior to the departure due to Mandatory Security Checking at Srinagar Airport

Day 1 : Jammu To Katra (50Kms/ 1 1/2 Hours)

Jammu and Kashmir was a region formerly administered by India as a state from 1954 to 2019, constituting the southern and southeastern portion of the larger Kashmir region, which has been the subject of a dispute between India, Pakistan and China since the mid-20th century.

Katra or Katra Vaishno Devi, as it is popularly known, is a small town in Reasi district in the union territory of Jammu and Kashmir, India, situated in the foothills of the Trikuta Mountains, where the holy shrine of Vaishno Devi is located. It is located 42 km from the city of Jammu.

Arrival And Pickup from Jammu Railwaystation or Airport, And Drive to Katra, Evening is free Leisure Activity Overnight at Katra.

Day 2 : Katra - Vaishnodevi Darshan -Katra

Early morning enjoy delicious breakfast and proceed for Mata Vaishno Devi Darshan. And back to Katra after darshans Overnight stay at Katra.

Day 3 : Katra To Srinagar (242Kms/ 7 Hours)

After Breakfast check out from hotel and straight drive to Srinagar, once reach Check in at Deluxe Houseboat / Hotel as Applicable. Proceed to visit Mughal Gardens Nishat (The Garden of Pleasure) and Shalimar (Abode of All) and Chesma Shahi (Royal Spring).Drive along the Lake side on Boulevard .On return visit a local Handicrafts Emporium for hand-knotted specialty Silken carpets, shawls, jewellery ornaments . Dinner & Overnight stay at the Deluxe Houseboat/Hotel as Applicable.

Day 4 : Srinagar - Sonmarg - Srinagar (9000 Feet, 100kms, 3.5 hours one way)

After breakfast get ready for a day-long excursion to Sonamarg (‘Meadow of Gold’), if you wish to. Ride up to the glacier on a pony (ponies can be hired directly). After making the best of the day, return to Hotel in Srinagar for an overnight stay.

Day 5 : Srinagar - Gulmarg (8700 Feet, 52 Kms, 1.5 hrs one way)

After breakfast check out from the Hotel and drive to Gulmarg, “Meadow of Flowers” situated at an altitude of 2650 meters, enjoy the leisurely walks on the lush green meadows of flowers with a backdrop of the snowcapped mountains. In winter, Gulmarg acquires a new persona that of the country’s premier skiing resort, Enjoy pony ride or Gondola ride (rope way) to Khillanmarg at your own cost. Experience the Breathtaking View of the Gulmarg from the Gondola cable car. Gulmarg also offers some excellent opportunities for long walks. Walking along Gulmarg circle path you only have to look down to have a complete view of the valley including Srinagar. A fine view can also be had of Nanga Parbat. The Naked Mountain which is over 26,660 ft and dominates the entire region. Overnight stay at hotel.

Day 6 : Gulmarg - Pahalgam (7200 Feet, 150 kms, 5 hours One way)

After Breakfast Transfer by cab to Pahalgam called as Valley of Shepherds. Enjoy the nature & walk around the banks of River Lidder. Pahalgam is famous for some trekking routes also & is the base camp for Amarnath Pilgrimage. Dinner & Overnight stay at the Hotel As applicable

Day 7 : Pahalgam to Srinagar (100 Kilometer / 03 Hours Approx)

Morning after breakfast, you can visit Aru, Betab valley & Chandanwari on your own cost by union cabs later drive back to Srinagar for overnight stay at Houseboat.

Day 8 : Shrinagar

After Breakfast Transfer by cab to Srinagar Airport for Departure with the memories that can not be forgotten.

Payment Policy

For Bookings before 2 Months: 10% of the total Package Cost
For Bookings between 2 Months to 1 Month: 25% of the total Package Cost
For Bookings within 1 Month till 15 Days before Departure: 50% of the total Package Cost
For Bookings within 15 Days before of Departure: 100% of the total Package Cost. Payment Policy differs for some specific Hotels, which will be informed to you at the time of booking
During Peak Season (New Year) 50% of Total Package Cost will be required at the time of confirmation & Balance 1 Month prior to departure

Cancellation Policy

Hotels if cancelled within 15 Days will be Non refundable
Any Cancellation / Amendment from the date of booking till 15 days before arrival will be charged Service Fees + Hotel Cancellation Charges if any (This will be intimated to you at the time of booking)
Vehicles can be cancelled D-10 Days before arrival without any Cancellation Charges (Except Peak Season Dates)
Cancellation Policy differs for some specific Hotels & Vehicles, which will be informed to you at the time of booking

Refund Policy

Refund against Amendment and Cancellation will be paid directly to the source through whom the Guest is booked
It would take at least 7 days to process such Refund. However, there is NO REFUND for any unutilised services. Example - meals, prepaid entrance fees, hotel, sightseeing, transportation (surface / air)
All refunds will be in respective Bank Accounts and No Cash refunds will be made
