Hotel Policies:

Check-in and check-out timings are as per hotel policy (usually 2:00 PM check-in and 12:00 PM check-out).

- Deluxe: AC operates in the bedroom from 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM.

Guests must carry a valid government-issued photo ID (e.g., Aadhar card, passport, driving license).
The driver’s duty timings are typically from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM. Any extra kilometers or hours will be chargeable.

Payment Policy

For bookings made:
- Before 2 months: 10% of the total package cost.
- Between 2 months to 1 month: 25% of the total package cost.
- Within 1 month to 15 days before departure: 50% of the total package cost.
- Within 15 days before departure: 100% of the total package cost.
Payment policies may differ for specific hotels and peak seasons, such as Diwali or New Year, where 50% of the total cost is required at confirmation and the balance 1 month prior to departure.

Cancellation Policy

Hotels: If canceled within 15 days of arrival, the booking is non-refundable.
Any cancellation/amendment from the date of booking until 15 days before arrival will incur service fees and applicable hotel cancellation charges (to be informed at the time of booking).
Vehicles can be canceled up to 5 days before arrival without cancellation charges (except during peak seasons).
Cancellation policies may vary for specific hotels and vehicles.

Refund Policy

Refunds for cancellations or amendments will be processed directly to the original source of booking.
Refund processing may take up to 7 working days.
No refund is applicable for unutilized services, such as meals, sightseeing, or transportation.
All refunds will be credited to the bank account; cash refunds will not be provided.
