We entertain / solve complaints during the Tour only. If you find any deficiency in the Committed Services from our end, please bring it to our notice as soon as possible to enable us to correct it

Day 1 : Mumbai To Matheran (80 Kms/ 2 1/2 Hours)

Matheran is a hill station, near Mumbai, in the west Indian state of Maharashtra. It’s known for its mild climate and well-preserved colonial architecture. Motor vehicles are banned and many visitors arrive by narrow-gauge railway on the 1907 Neral–Matheran Toy Train. The Panorama Point lookout offers views across the mountains of the Western Ghats. Louisa Point has views of waterfalls and the ancient Prabal Fort.

Arrive at Mubai , Pickup from Mumbai Airport And Drive to Matheran , once Reach check in the hotel after freshnup visit to Prabal Fort, Alexander point and Charlotte Lake which is the prime source of drinking water in the city and Overnight at the hotel. .

Day 2 : Matheran to Lonavala (62 Kms/ 2 hours)

Lonavala is a hill station surrounded by green valleys in western India near Mumbai. The Karla Caves and the Bhaja Caves are ancient Buddhist shrines carved out of the rock. They feature massive pillars and intricate relief sculptures. South of the Bhaja Caves sits the imposing Lohagad Fort, with its 4 gates. West of here is Bhushi Dam, where water overflows onto a set of steps during rainy season.

After Breakfast checkout from hotel And Drive to Lonavala, once reach to Lonavla, check in at hotel after that Lonavla sightseeing to visit, Karla Caves , Bhushidam, Tiger Point, and Over Night at Lonavala

Day 3 : Lonavala - Imagica - Lonavala

After Early Morning Breakfast drive to visit to Adlab Imagica Adventure And Water Park, entry ticket and Passes at your own Cost, and Day is free for activities, you can visit Adventures Theme Park And Water Park , in evening drop to hotel and over night at lonavala Hotel

Day 4 : Lonavala To Mumbai (85 Kms/ 2 Hours)

After Breakfast, check out from hotel and drive back to mumbai Airport

Payment Policy

For Bookings before 2 Months: 10% of the total Package Cost
For Bookings between 2 Months to 1 Month: 25% of the total Package Cost
For Bookings within 1 Month till 15 Days before Departure: 50% of the total Package Cost
For Bookings within 15 Days before of Departure: 100% of the total Package Cost. Payment Policy differs for some specific Hotels, which will be informed to you at the time of booking

Cancellation Policy

Hotels if cancelled within 15 Days will be Non refundable
Any Cancellation / Amendment from the date of booking till 15 days before arrival will be charged Service Fees + Hotel Cancellation Charges if any (This will be intimated to you at the time of booking)
Vehicles can be cancelled D-5 Days before arrival without any Cancellation Charges (Except Peak Season Dates)
