Important Points

All rates are based on minimum 2 Pax traveling together at all tours
Check in time at most hotels is 3:00-4:00 PM and check out time at 11:00 AM
For hop on hop off tours clients will have to reach pickup location on own
Breakfast time at 6:30 AM to 9:30 AM
Incidental charge must be paid by Guest
Surcharges for weekends and convention may apply for any trade fair/special event in city

Day 3 : Banff

After breakfast wait in the lobby for tour pickup. Today we will explore Banff. We’ll explore the iconic highlights and take in multiple views of the famous peaks. First we will proceed along to Sulphur Mountain. Here you will make an ascent to the top of Sulphur Mountain aboard the Banff Gondola, which ferries passengers to the peak of the 7,486-foot (2,281-meter) mountain. Snap a few photos and then head back down. Next continue to Tunnel Mountain Drive, where you can enjoy views of the town, Mount Rundle, Cascade Mountain and Bow Falls. Along the way, you’ll also have a chance to view the hoodoos, a series of interesting rock pillars shaped by countless years of wind and water. End your day at Two Jack Viewpoint and Lake Minnewanka, and then head back down the mountain for drop-off at your hotel.

Day 4 : Banff - Colombia Ice Fields - Jasper

After breakfast proceed to tour pickup. Today we will go to jasper en route the Columbia ice fields. From the iconic Lake Louise to the other worldly Columbia Icefield and beyond to Jasper, this tour allows you to see glaciers up close and discover how they’ve shaped our landscape. A once-in-a-lifetime ride on the Athabasca Glacier - on board our famous Ice Explorers - will have you drinking water fresh from the ice. The trip continues to the awe-inspiring Glacier Skywalk before ending in Jasper. It’s a day that you’ll remember forever.

Day 5 : Jasper - Vancouver

Check out of hotel after breakfast and head to board bus for Edmonton airport to fly to Vancouver (Flights not included). Check in to hotel.

Day 6 : Vancouver

Vancouver is a beautiful and vibrant city, surrounded by water and mountains. It was the voted the best city for its quality of life in 2001, and hosted the Winter Olympics in 2010. We will start today after breakfast with a city tour of Vancouver covering; Stanley Park, Granville Island, Robson Street, Olympic Village, and much more. We won’t stop there though, later we will proceed to Capilano Bridge. This suspension bridge spans 450 feet over a 230 foot canyon. We will then proceed to Lookout Vancouver where you will see some of the most spectacular views of oceans and mountains.

Payment Policy

For Bookings before 2 Months: 20% of the total Package Cost
For Bookings between 2 Months to 1 Month: 50% of the total Package Cost
For Bookings within 1 Month till 15 Days before Departure: 100% of the total Package Cost
Payment Policy differs for some specific Hotels, which will be informed to you at the time of booking
During Peak Season (Summer Holidays,Diwali & New Year) 50% of Total Package Cost will be required at the time of confirmation & Balance 1 Month prior to departure

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation: 21 days or more before departure
INR 10,000 will be charged as penalty on cancellation 21 days before departure
For bookings less than INR 20,000 per passenger, 25% of the package cost will be payable at the time of cancellation
Cancellation : 11 to 20 days before departure.50% of the package cost will be charged as penalty on cancellation between 11 to 20 days before departure
Cancellation : 10 days or less before departure
100% of the package cost will be charged as penalty on cancellation 10 days before departure
Cancellation Policy differs for some specific Hotels, which will be informed to you at the time of booking

Refund Policy

Refund against Amendment and Cancellation will be paid directly to the source through whom the Guest is booked
It would take at least 7 days to process such Refund. However, there is NO REFUND for any unutilised services. Example - meals, prepaid entrance fees, hotel, sightseeing, transportation (surface / air)
All refunds will be in respective Bank Accounts and No Cash refunds will be made irrespective of how the Payments were Received
