Important Points

  • Standard Check in timing is 1500 Hours and Standard Check out timing is 1200 Hours for all Major Hotels unless & until specified otherwise
  • Rooms & Airfares will be subject to availability at the time of confirmation. Above is just a quote & no confirmation of Services
  • ROE (Rate of Exchange) can change anytime without notice & hence the above rates also as we have based them as per todays ROE (Rate of Exchange) 
  • SIC (Seat in Coach) means it will be Group Transfers in 10 or 16 or 28 Seater Vans or Coaches and there can be a waiting time of 15
  • Almost all Countries need Passports to be valid for minimum 6 months & few of them for minimum 9 Months from the date of entry into there Country. So please check expiry date of your Passports and its highly recommended that you get it renewed around 10 to 12 months before its expiry
  • All Countries who Stamp Visa on Passport or give on Arrival Visa need at least 2 Blank Pages on Passport and few countries Back to Back Blank Pages to enable them to Stamp the Visa. Please check your Passports if you have available pages and if not then please get it renewed
  • Handwritten and Passports issued for 20 years are no longer valid and such Passports have to be renewed immediately
  • Any water spillage or Torn Pages or any Damage to external or internal parts of Passports will result in Passports not being accepted for Visa or during Immigration and hence its recommended that we renew the Passport
  • Even after providing all the documents, Consulate may ask for additional documents as per there requirements & assessment  
  • Passports should have at least 2 to 4 Blank Pages & in few cases Back to Back Blank Pages for Visa Stampings or for On Arrival Visa
  • There should not be any Heena (Mahendi) on Hands if you are going for Bio Metric (UK, Schengen or USA) 
  • Visa approval & rejection is not in our hands. We can just help you in arranging the documents & getting it deposited as per prescribed format. Consulate is the final authority to decide on Granting you the Visa
  • All Countries take different time to Process Visa and hence it is recommended to check with us the time taken for Processing of Visa along with Documentation

On arrival at Bali Airport, after clearing the immigrations and customs we come to the Exit hall of the Airport. Here our Airport Representative will meet you and take you to Bali Hotel in A/C Coach / Vehicle. Check in at Hotel.

Day 4 : Arrives at Singapore

Morning after Breakfast we check out Hotel and leave for Airport to board our Singapore Flight. Once we arrive Singapore Airport our Representative will meet you and take you to Singapore Hotel in A/C Coach / Vehicle. Check in at Hotel(Standard Check in starts at 1400 - 1500 Hours). Rest of the day is free at your Leisure.

Day 5 : Singapore City Tour & Sunset Sentosa

After Breakfast we leave at 0930 - 1000 Hours for City Tour. Please wait at the Hotel Lobby for pick up as per scheduled time. Duration of the tour: 3 Hours.

Singapore City tour route map: 

Pick up from hotel, pass the Suntec City to see the Fountain of Wealth and then proceed to Padang area with a stop for 10 minutes, before you stop in Merlion (15 Minutes). After Merlion proceed to Chocolate Gallery for shopping (15 - 20 Minutes), next point will be China Town (Stop for 20 minutes), then proceed JC (Jewellery City) located in Alexandra Road. (Shopping for 15 - 20 minutes), then proceed to Little India, pass by through Orchard Road. Hotel - Suntec city - Padang - Merlion - Chocolate gallery - China Town - JC (Jewellery City) Little India - Hotel / Singapore Flyer.

In Afternoon at 1400 Hours,Proceed to Sunset Sentosa Tour. Sentosa (Cable Car (Skypass) - One Way + Wings Of Time {8:40 Pm} + S.E.A. Aquarium ) . Return back to Hotel at 2100 Hours.Enjoy your day at Sentosa Island. Visit Underwater World  an incredible one-stop destination for the family - providing hours of fun, leisure and learning for all. Day 7 : Departure

Morning after Breakfast day is free at your Leisure.

We will leave from Hotel to Singapore Airport before 3 - 4 Hours of Flight Departure Time to board our return flight with all the Happy Memories of the Tour.

Payment Policy

  • For Bookings before 2 Months: 20% of the total Package Cost
  • For Bookings between 2 Months to 1 Month: 50% of the total Package Cost
  • For Bookings within 1 Month till 15 Days before Departure: 100% of the total Package Cost
  •  Payment Policy differs for some specific Hotels, which will be informed to you at the time of booking
  • During Peak Season (Summer Holidays, Diwali & New Year) 50% of Total Package Cost will be required at the time of confirmation & Balance 1 Month prior to departure

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation: 30 days or more before departure.
  • INR 10,000 will be charged as penalty on cancellation 30 days before departure.
  • Cancellation : 15 to 30 days before departure.50% of the package cost will be charged as penalty on cancellation between 15 to 30 days before departure
  • Cancellation : 15 days or less before departure.
  • 100% of the package cost will be charged as penalty on cancellation 15 days before departure
  • Cancellation Policy differs for some specific Hotels, which will be informed to you at the time of booking

Refund Policy

  • Refund against Amendment and Cancellation will be paid directly to the source through whom the Guest is booked
  • It would take at least 7 days to process such Refund. However, there is NO REFUND for any unutilised services. Example - meals, prepaid entrance fees, hotel, sightseeing, transportation (surface / air)
  • All refunds will be in respective Bank Accounts and No Cash refunds will be made irrespective of how the Payments were Received
