* Additional service fees of Rs.100/- + 18% GST (Rs.118) per person per way will be applicable on cancellation charges of Airlines
* Let us know billing details & GST before ticket is issued or else same will be billed to personal name. After issuance billing account cannot be changed due to software limitations
* Single PNR cannot be divided in 2 or more billing accounts. If seperate invoices are required then individual PNR's have to be issued
* Boarding pass available within 12 hours for flexi or corporate fares only. For other fare types it has to be collected at counter
* In via flights (Single PNR 2 flights), Free meals are served only in 1 flight & not both the flights
* In case Airline cancels the flight or changes the schedule by more than 2 hours then we are entitled to full refund. Service fees is still applicable
